Your account

Your FrozenPlain account is your email address. Buying a product creates it (or adds to your existing one) using the email you check out with. There's no password: submit your email and we'll send you a login link.

Logging in lets you re-download your files and get custom pricing like crossgrades and bundle completion. You don't need to be logged in to buy, and free products download straight from their product page.

Changing your email

Log in with your current email, then go to Change email and enter the new address. We'll send a confirmation link to the new inbox. Your licenses move over once you click on it, and you'll log in with the new email from then on. If that address is another of your own accounts, this merges the two under it.

If you've connected your forum account, it moves to your new email too (unless that email already has a forum account), so logging in still signs you in to it. Otherwise your forum account keeps its own email, which you can change in your forum settings.

The forum

The FrozenPlain forum is our community site, with its own accounts. You can join it in two ways:

• With your FrozenPlain account. Choose a display name and you're in, no password needed. Once connected, logging in here signs you in to the forum too.
• With a password. Sign up on the forum itself, like any other site.

If you already have a forum account with the same email, you can connect it to your FrozenPlain account. Your forum password still works.

Connect or disconnect from Forum sign-in in your account. Disconnecting keeps your forum account and posts. Your display name and other profile details are changed in your forum settings.

Reviews

If you own a product, you can review it from its product page. Reviews are posted to the forum under your display name, so writing your first one sets up your forum profile if you don't have one yet. Each review is a forum post, which is where replies to it appear.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is separate from your account. Subscribe using the form in the footer, or unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of our newsletters.

Your data

You can ask us to delete your forum account or other data by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
