About
FrozenPlain is an independent sample library company, founded by Sam Windell
in 2013, creating instruments for producing beautiful music. Sam works
closely with professional sound designers and composers in the film, TV and games industries to create
effective production tools. Sam also develops Floe, the free and open source
sample library platform our libraries run in, built to serve the
music-making community for the long term.
