How it works

We don't have any passwords or log-ins. Instead, submit your email address and we’ll send you download links, license information and any crossgrade prices associated with that email address. Some things to note:

• If the email address you submit hasn’t been used for purchases/redemptions, the request will still “work” but nothing will happen. This is for privacy reasons.
• If you’ve used multiple different email addresses to obtain FrozenPlain licenses, submit each address separately.
• We don’t store your email address from this form or use it for marketing purposes.

Not receiving the email?

• Has the email address definitely been used for frozenplain.com purchases/redemptions?
• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Double check the email address you entered is correct.
• Get in touch if there’s still a problem.
