FrozenPlain is an independent developer creating sample libraries and audio
plugins for producing beautiful music. Formed in 2013 by Sam
Windell, he works closely with professional sound designers and composers in
the film, TV and games industries to create effective production tools.
Alongside FrozenPlain, Sam also develops Floe (the sample library platform)
out of a broader love of open-source software and service to the
music-making community.
